Gambosa Table Lamp

Gambosa table lamp – playful designer light by Marset

The Gambosa Table Lamp by Marset is an expressive, colourful table lamp that immediately catches the eye with its striking shade and lively colours. The shade of steel and opal polycarbonate sits on a slim base and emits a soft, glare-free light. Whether on a sideboard, desk, chest of drawers or side table – the Gambosa adds a cheerful yet high-quality accent and brings character to any room. It is both a design object and a functional light.

With its clear, slightly playful form and diverse colour palette, the Gambosa table lamp is a real eye-catcher for anyone who loves light and colour.

Design & inspiration of the Gambosa Table Lamp

Characteristic of the Gambosa Table Lamp is the interplay between the delicate base and the generous, bowl-shaped shade. The opal polycarbonate diffuser distributes the light softly and evenly, while the two-tone shade and interior provide a lively contrast. The form looks friendly and inviting without losing its design clarity.

The designer – Mathias Hahn

The Gambosa was designed by Mathias Hahn and is new on the market in 2025. Hahn is known for his thoughtful, functional approach to design. With the Gambosa table lamp, he combines a clear, slightly playful form with high-quality materials and an expressive colour palette – a light that is fun and convincing in design terms at the same time.

Größen & Lichtquelle

The Gambosa table lamp is available in two sizes: the compact size S with two E14 lamp holders (LED, 4 W each) and the larger size M with four E14 lamp holders. This lets you choose the right amount of light and presence for each spot. The light bulbs are not included, so you can choose the light colour and brightness freely. We recommend warm white LED light bulbs for a particularly cosy mood.

Finishes & colours

The Gambosa Table Lamp is available in six colour combinations: black-orange, black-brown grey, pink-orange, pink-brown grey, opal-orange and opal-brown grey. From strong black to delicate pink and subtle opal, each combined with a warm orange or a calm brown grey, there is a suitable version for every interior style. Simply choose size and colour in the drop-down.

Material & workmanship

The Gambosa table lamp combines high-quality materials: a base plate of lacquered steel in beige, a lacquered steel base and a steel shade with opal polycarbonate. This combination of materials ensures a high-quality appearance, a pleasant weight and long durability. The black cable (2 m) comes with a mains plug, and the switch sits conveniently on the cable.

Use & effect

The Gambosa table lamp is suitable as atmospheric table and accent lighting: on a sideboard, desk, chest of drawers or side table. Its soft, glare-free light creates a homely atmosphere, while its colour sets a lively accent. Placed individually, it quickly becomes an eye-catcher; in a group or a mix of different colours, it creates a playful picture.

Why the Gambosa Table Lamp?

The Gambosa table lamp combines playful joy of colour with unmistakable Marset design: an opal diffuser for soft light, high-quality materials and six expressive colour combinations in two sizes. Instead of interchangeable mass-produced goods, you get a well-thought-out designer light that brings character into the room. If you are looking for a colourful, high-quality table lamp with a clear design language, the Gambosa is a choice that brings joy every day and enhances any room.
