Ringo pendant light – sculptural ring of light by Marset

The Ringo Pendant Light by Marset, designed by Joan Gaspar, is a sculptural light that captures the light in a floating ring of seemingly blown glass. Its calm, circular body of rotation-moulded polycarbonate looks both graphic and soft, making the Ringo an atmospheric eye-catcher above dining tables, in entrance areas, hotels and spacious living rooms. The combination of clear geometry and warm, low-glare light gives every room an elegant, contemporary touch.

Sizes & finishes

The Ringo is available as a pendant light and as a ceiling version (Ringo C), each in diameters of 70 cm and 90 cm. The more compact 70 version is suitable for dining tables and medium-sized rooms, while the large 90 version impressively showcases prestigious areas and high ceilings. Use the drop-down to choose the size, mounting type and colour to suit your room.

Light & control

Inside, integrated LED technology (LED SMD 26.8 W, CRI90, around 3205 lm) works with the practical 3CCT function: you can choose between 2700 K, 3000 K and 4000 K and adjust the lighting mood from cosy warm white to neutral working light. The opal methacrylate diffuser distributes the light evenly and without glare. Dimming is conveniently done via phase cut (Triac).

Farben & Glass

The characteristic ring of the Ringo is available in the smoky glass tones Smoked and Dark Smoked as well as a delicate rosé. These translucent colour worlds make the light look like a piece of jewellery when switched off and bathe the room in warm, subtly coloured light when switched on.

Material & workmanship

The Ringo shade is made of high-quality polycarbonate using a rotational moulding process, and the inner diffuser is made of opal methacrylate. This combination of materials ensures low weight, a homogeneous light effect and a durable, cleanly finished “Made by Marset” surface. The suspension and canopy are kept discreet so that the floating ring is shown to full advantage.

Above the dining table, the Ringo creates homely, low-shadow light while becoming an architectural statement. In restaurants, lobbies and meeting rooms it creates an elegant atmosphere, while the selectable light colour adapts its use flexibly to the time of day and occasion.
