The Lab series for outdoor use (protection rating IP65) comes in two designs:
- Lab A – Wall Light (35 cm), zur Wandmontage.
- Lab B – Path light / bollard light (35 cm or 60 cm), to stand along paths and at entrances.
- Lab 2 – kleines Einzelmodul.
Body always graphite grey; front in four finishes: white, brown, rust brown and dark iroko wood (real wood, at extra cost).

Lab outdoor light – architectural light by Marset
The Lab Outdoor Light by Marset is a clearly drawn, robust light for demanding outdoor areas. Light & protection rating
Inside, an integrated LED (LED SMD 24 V, 7.4 W, 2700 K, CRI90, around 378 lm) provides warm, precisely directed light with high colour rendering. Thanks to its IP65 protection rating, the Lab is completely protected against dust and water jets and is therefore permanently suitable for outdoor use – even in rain, wind and changing weather conditions.
Material & workmanship
The body of the Lab is made of weather-resistant die-cast aluminium, which ensures stability, heat dissipation and a long service life. The compact dimensions of around 12.6 × 12.6 × 8 cm make the light unobtrusive, while the high-quality powder coating permanently protects the surface. The “Made by Marset” workmanship guarantees quality down to the last detail.
Use & effect
Mounted on the wall, the Lab sets clear light accents at entrances, passageways and façades; as a bollard it guides along paths and flower beds, providing orientation and atmosphere. The different heights and mounting types create a harmonious, consistent outdoor lighting concept that combines safety and design.
Care & installation
The Lab is intended for permanent outdoor installation and should be connected by a qualified electrician. Cleaning is easy with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Thanks to IP65, the components are unaffected by moisture, so the light will serve reliably for many years.
