Zenc Pendant Light

Zenc pendant light – industrial designer light by Marset

The Zenc Pendant Light by Marset impresses with its clear, industrial design. Thanks to its generous diameter, it provides powerful, even light output, making it ideal for lighting dining tables, counters, work areas and spacious living rooms. With its minimal shape full of character, the Zenc becomes a striking yet functional lighting centrepiece in the room.

Design & inspiration of the Zenc

The Zenc translates the idea of a classic industrial light into a modern, homely design language. The wide shade effectively focuses the light downwards and, in its clarity, is reminiscent of functional workshop lights – but in a high-quality, contemporary version. This combination of function and minimal elegance is typical of Marset’s design approach.

Finishes & character

The Zenc Pendant Light relies on a generous shade with a clear silhouette, available in several versions, which fits harmoniously into different rooms. Its industrial character is convincing in modern lofts and kitchen-diners as well as in restaurants. The powerful, clear shape always remains the focus – simply choose your preferred finish from the dropdown.

Light & technology

Thanks to its large diameter, the Zenc focuses the light effectively and provides powerful, even illumination of the area below. This makes it ideal as main lighting above a dining table, counter or worktop. The directed light is both pleasant and functional. We recommend a warm white bulb for a cosy, inviting light.

Material & workmanship

The Zenc is robust and carefully made. The generous shade and solid construction give the light a pleasant weight and a high-quality, long-lasting look. The clean suspension ensures a harmonious overall look. This keeps the Zenc a striking, reliable eye-catcher with industrial character for many years.

Use & effect

Above the dining table or counter, the Zenc becomes a powerful, evenly illuminating centrepiece. In lofts, open-plan kitchen-diners, restaurants and cafés, its industrial character underlines the style of the room while providing functional light. Hung on its own it makes a strong statement; in a group it creates a striking, even line of light.

Eine Light with kraftvollem Licht

The Zenc is particularly suitable where a large area needs to be lit reliably and evenly: above long dining tables, cooking islands and work areas or in restaurants. Its wide shade avoids harsh cast shadows and creates a pleasant, bright island of light that makes eating and working together easier – functional, robust and decorative at the same time.

Care & installation

The Zenc can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Due to its size and weight, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician to fix the light securely and set the ideal height above the table. This shows off the powerful, even light of the Zenc to its best.

Why the Zenc Pendant Light?

The Zenc combines industrial character with powerful light and Marset’s high-quality workmanship. Instead of interchangeable mass-produced goods, you get a striking, functional pendant light that lights large areas evenly and gives rooms character. If you are looking for a powerful, style-defining lighting centrepiece with real design ambition, the Zenc is a long-lasting choice.
