Planet is a pendant light from the Spanish manufacturer Faro. Its appearance aims to transport us to other worlds, so the association with flying saucers is obvious. The flat form of the design light is just as dynamic, and its materials connect it even more with science fiction. The body of the Faro Planet pendant lights is made of metal and aluminium and leaves a generous opening that is closed off by a milky white acrylic panel. The built-in LED lighting system sits beneath this fine acrylic glass panel and backlights it with intense brightness. With high light output, the light of the Faro Planet pendant falls downwards and then spreads throughout the room.

The bright colour of the acrylic stands out from the body of the Faro Planet design light with a distinct glow. The design office Xjer Studio is behind the design of this pendant light, which has been produced by the lighting manufacturer Faro in white and copper since 2016.
