Bolita Table Lamp

Bolita table lamp – playful LED glass light by Marset

The Bolita Table Lamp by Marset combines modern LED technology with a charmingly mechanical operating concept. The compact glass light is dimmed simply by sliding it on its base – an intuitive, almost playful detail that makes the Bolita unmistakable. On a bedside table, sideboard, desk or windowsill, it gives a warm, soft light while also becoming a small decorative object with character.

Design & inspiration of the Bolita

Marset is known for innovative, often humorous designs in which operation itself becomes an experience. The Bolita consistently continues this approach: instead of a switch or rotary knob, a simple movement of the glass sphere on its base is enough to adjust the brightness steplessly. This combination of a clear, round shape and sensual operation makes the Bolita a typical Marset design that brings technology and emotion together.

Finishes & colours

The Bolita Table Lamp is available in shadow grey and white and therefore blends discreetly into a wide variety of interior styles. Shadow grey looks calm and understated, white light and friendly. Both versions emphasise the clear, compact shape of the glass light. This means there is a suitable version for every room – simply choose your preferred colour from the dropdown.

Light & technology

The Bolita works with integrated LED technology and emits a warm, low-glare light that is softly diffused through the glass. The light is dimmed by sliding the glass body on the base – with no visible switch at all. This lets you adjust the brightness intuitively to the situation, from subtle mood lighting to brighter ambient lighting in the evening.

Material & workmanship

The Bolita combines a glass body with a solid base and is carefully made. The glass diffuses the light pleasantly and gives the light a high-quality look that is pleasant to the touch. The precisely made base ensures a secure stand and smooth operation of the sliding dimmer mechanism. The integrated LED is maintenance-free and designed for a long service life.

Use & effect

As a compact table lamp, the Bolita is versatile: on the bedside table as a gentle reading light, on the sideboard as a decorative accent, in the living room as an atmospheric additional light source. Its round, clear shape and warm light create a cosy atmosphere. Thanks to the intuitive dimming, the brightness can be adapted to the time of day and mood at any time.

Care & installation

The Bolita is ready to use straight away and easy to care for: the glass body can be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Thanks to the integrated, maintenance-free LED, there is no need to change bulbs. The sliding mechanism on the base works without any additional controls, so the Bolita is easy to use every day – simply set it down, plug it in and dim it using the glass sphere.

Why the Bolita Table Lamp?

The Bolita combines warm glass light with a unique, intuitive dimming concept and Marset’s playful design signature. Instead of interchangeable mass-produced goods, you get a small table lamp full of character that impresses as a light source and as a decorative object – in two understated colours. If you are looking for a special, high-quality table lamp with real design ambition, the Bolita is a choice that brings joy every day.
