Holzfurnier als Leuchtmaterial

The Zeta family by LZF translates the brand’s design philosophy into a geometrically precise form: thin, translucent wood veneer that acts as a design object by day and glows in warm light in the evening. Each light is handmade in the LZF manufactory in Valencia — the grain of every single light is unique.

Atmospheric play of light

The thin wood veneer filters the light warmly and evenly. By day the Zeta Conica pendant light looks like a sculptural design object; in the evening it provides inviting, glare-free light. Made in Spain — FSC-certified wood.

About LZF Lamps – manufactory quality from Valencia

Since 1994, LZF Lamps has been making designer lights from real wood veneer in Valencia (Spain). With their vision of establishing translucent wood veneer as the main material in lighting production, founders Mariví Calvo and Sandro Tothill created a unique manufactory brand. Every LZF light is made in an elaborate handcrafted process: the veneer is selected, cut, soaked, shaped and sealed – step by step by experienced craftspeople.

The result: lights that not only provide light but also act as sculptural objects. When switched on, the natural grain of the wood becomes a warm play of shadows on walls and ceilings. As wood is a natural product, no LZF light is exactly like the next – each piece is unique with its own character.

LZF works with renowned designers worldwide, including Burkhard Dämmer, Mariví Calvo, Ray Power, Miguel Herranz, Bodo Sperlein and many more. The collection includes pendant lights, floor lamps, table lamps, wall lights and special series for hotels, restaurants and prestigious spaces. All products are FSC-certified and carry the CE mark.

At DesignOrt you will find a carefully curated selection of the LZF collection in all available wood veneers – from subtle natural tones to vibrant colour accents. Let yourself be inspired by the warmth and elegance of these special lights.
