The Balunaseries is a design by the Croatian design studio Grupa. Characteristic features are the triple-coated opal glass diffuser and the rotating shade made of powder-coated steel, which allows the light to be directed precisely in the room. The form is deliberately reduced – a clear glass body held by a minimalist metal structure. Material & workmanship – handmade in Croatia

All Grupa lights are made in small series in Croatia. The materials used – powder-coated steel, mouth-blown opal glass, coated aluminium, high-quality fabrics – are carefully selected and processed. Powder coatings are scratch-resistant and colourfast; glass diffusers are coated several times to create even, glare-free light. Screw connections, steel supports and suspensions are precisely milled and assembled.
