The Jaima Outdoor Pendant Light by Marset brings homely light to outdoor areas. Its name derives from the Arabic word for „tent“ – and precisely this light, textile feel characterises its shade of weatherproof Textilene with a white inside. Above the dining table on the terrace, in a covered outdoor area, on the veranda or in the conservatory, it distributes soft, glare-free light and creates an inviting, cosy atmosphere. Thanks to its IP65 protection rating, the Jaima is ideally equipped for permanent outdoor use.

As an outdoor pendant light, the Jaima combines the comfort of a textile indoor light with the robustness of an outdoor light – ideal for anyone who wants to light their garden or terrace atmospherically.

Characteristic of the Jaima Outdoor Pendant Light is its generous, conical fabric shade, reminiscent of an elegant tent roof. The Textilene fabric lets the light emerge softly, while the white inside ensures even, warm illumination. The clear, calm form blends harmoniously into modern and natural outdoor designs.

The Jaima was designed by Joan Gaspar and came onto the market in 2017. Gaspar is one of Marset’s defining designers and is known for his emotional, functional approach to design. With the Jaima, he consistently brings the comfort and warmth of a textile indoor light to outdoor spaces.

The Jaima Outdoor pendant light is fitted with a permanently integrated LED (COB, 15 W, 2700 K, CRI 90, approx. 1022 lm). The warm white light with high colour rendering creates a particularly cosy mood. The light is dimmable via the Triac protocol and is connected directly to the mains (cable length 2 m). With an IP65 protection rating, it is protected against water jets and dust. The LED is included in the delivery.

The Jaima Outdoor Pendant Light is available in three shade sizes – 43 cm, 54 cm and 71 cm – each in beige and grey. The smaller sizes are suitable for intimate seating areas, while the large 71 cm version makes an imposing statement above large tables. Simply choose size and colour in the drop-down.

The shade of the Jaima Outdoor pendant light is made of weatherproof Textilene with a white inside – a robust, UV- and moisture-resistant fabric that stays beautiful for a long time even outdoors. The black canopy and black cable blend in discreetly. The careful workmanship makes the Jaima a long-lasting companion for many summers outdoors.

The Jaima Outdoor pendant light looks particularly beautiful above the dining table on the terrace, but is just as suitable for covered seating areas, verandas, pergolas or conservatories. Its soft, warm light invites you to linger and turns the outdoor area into a cosy open-air living room. Placed individually or in a group, it becomes an atmospheric centrepiece.

The Jaima Outdoor pendant light combines textile warmth with unmistakable Marset design and high weather resistance: an elegant fabric shade, warm white, dimmable quality light and an IP65 protection rating. Instead of interchangeable mass-produced goods, you get a well-thought-out designer light that brings indoor comfort outdoors. If you are looking for a high-quality, homely pendant light for outdoor use, the Jaima is a choice for timeless design and the highest quality.

Also discover the Cala Outdoor Floor Lamp and the Domus Path Light.
